How to Fall Asleep

How?

Most nights, I stay awake past 3am. I don’t want that.

Here are some tips from WikiHow: stretch, stiffen and relax your muscles, and count sheep.

Thing I’ve found that help me fall asleep quicker in the past: meditating, reading technically dense stuff.
